Overall the food was good and ambience was dicent, the the quality of service was very poor and the behaviour of staff was pathetic.

Beautiful ambience great music and great food and alcohol. Only regret is that didn't get to enjoy Dance floor as bachelors.

Food was ok. But Service perspective, not at all good. After paying the bill through MagicPin (which their staff only assisted) they said its done to Mundhwa branch (he could have easily checked earllier itself butno, he mentioned it afterbill was paid) Then they didn't assist much for refund and said we only have to figure it out. They said they'll assist in all possible ways and the refund would be processed within 30 minutes And then I paid them the second time After 4 hours refund wasn't processed, when I looked at the MaggicPin Customer Service, they said Merchant (Kharadi Spice Factory branch) wasn't responding to them. Post 4 hours I called their branch manager and said he will get it done ASAP. After 5 hours I called the branch Manager again and he started Rejecting my calls. Edtremely unprofessional and Unethical behavior. The bill amount wasn't small. It was 7.5k+ My recommendation would be to avoid as much as possible.

Menu choice very limited. Music level barely audible, prices increased by 100% and then 50% discount applied is old marketing trick. Overall average experience. Don’t think I will be visiting again.
