I recently tried Paaji's Paratha House and their Sev Bhaji left a great impression on me! The combination of crispy sev and tangy bhaji was spot on. The parathas were perfectly cooked and had a nice flakiness to them. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making for a pleasant dining experience. I recently tried the Gobi Pyaaz Paratha at Punjabi Paratha and it was delicious! I love that they offer vegetarian and vegan options, which can be hard to find at traditional Indian restaurants.
