I recently tried Paaji's Paratha House and their Sev Bhaji left a great impression on me! The combination of crispy sev and tangy bhaji was spot on. The parathas were perfectly cooked and had a nice flakiness to them. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making for a pleasant dining experience. The Paratha House is my go-to late-night snack spot and it never disappoints! Their Aloo Paratha Thali is absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked parathas and flavorful aloo filling. I recently tried the Cheese Paratha Combo at 129 @ Paratha and it was delicious! The paratha was perfectly crispy and filled with gooey, melted cheese. The combo also came with a side of flavorful sauces that complemented the paratha perfectly. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and the service was great.
