I recently ordered a Café Frappe from the CCD at Lulla Nagar, Pune, using Magicpin, and honestly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. First off, the service provider didn’t respond properly when I reached out, so I had to go and pick up the order myself, which was already frustrating. When I got there, the staff treated me like I was a delivery guy and made me wait longer than necessary before they handed over my order. And when I finally got it, I was shocked. The Café Frappe was basically just coffee-flavored water! I’ve tried this drink at so many other CCD branches, and it’s always been thick and creamy. This one wasn’t even close. When I pointed it out to the staff and the manager, they just brushed it off, saying, "This is how we make it." It felt like they were pretending I didn’t know what a proper Frappe is supposed to be like. I’ve had it enough times to know the difference between a good Frappe and whatever this was! I felt like I was being fooled, honestly. If this is how they serve their drinks, I don’t understand why they’re even listed on Magicpin. It was really disappointing, especially since CCD usually has a much better standard than this.

Not able to handle the coustamer correctly missmatch the order and not refunding the money and arguing with the customer and behaviour is not good later Oder

I had a great experience at Café Coffee Day. I tried the Veg Slider Cappuccino Combo - it was delicious! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day and tried the Big Tandoori Paneer Burger. It was really good - the tandoori flavour was strong and the paneer was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!
