I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Aeromall Pune outlet. On 17th Jul, I had an extremely unpleasant experience while placing an order.
The staff member who attended to me, was notably unprofessional and provided the worst service I have encountered. He exhibited a poor attitude and was uncooperative when taking my order. Additionally, the fountain Pepsi I received was filled with 80-90% ice and lacked any fizz, making it undrinkable.
When I approached Rohan to address the issue and requested a refill, he outright refused and dismissively suggested that I should go ahead and file a complaint if I was unhappy with the service. This kind of response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.
I am very disappointed with this experience and expect immediate action to be taken. Such behavior should not be tolerated, and I hope you will address this matter seriously to ensure it does not happen again.
