As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was thrilled to find Bombay Vadapav to be accommodating to my needs. I recently tried the veg cheese Arabian sandwich pita roll at Pistachio and it was delicious! As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleased to see they had this option available. The roll was packed with flavor and the combination of vegetables and cheese was perfect. The pita bread was also gluten-free and had a nice texture. I appreciate that Pistachio offers gluten-free options and I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu items. Highly recommend for anyone looking
