I recently dined at Shivar Hotel and had an amazing experience with their Mushroom Manchurian dish. The restaurant specializes in Japanese cuisine and their sushi is top-notch. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Mushroom Manchurian. It was cooked to perfection with a perfect balance of flavors.
