I recently had the chance to try out Ukiyo at The Ritz-Carlton and I have to say, their Katsu Curry exceeded my expectations. It was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Not to mention, the presentation was impeccable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also lovely, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable dining experience. If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine, I highly recommend giving Ukiyo a try. You won't be disappointed.

I recently tried the Chicken Teriyaki from Ukiyo: The Ritz-Carlton and was impressed by the quality and presentation. The perfectly cooked chicken, combined with the sweet yet tangy teriyaki sauce, made for a delicious dish. The presentation was also delightful, with lovely colors and plating. Highly recommend!
