Try this super easy Instant Malai Cake that is made using just a few ingredients and turns out so creamy and absolutely delicious!
What you need
-Naturals Malai Ice cream - 3-4 scoops
-Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
-Saffron stands - a few
-Cornflour slurry - 2 tbsp
-Rusk biscuits as needed
-Sugar syrup
-Pistachios & almonds - to garnish
Method
-Take a saucepan, add Natural’s Malai Ice cream and once it melts and comes to a boil, add cardamom powder, saffron strands and corn flour slurry and cook till it thickens.
-Take a serving bowl, layer rusk biscuits, pour sugar syrup, then layer it with the prepared Malai mixture . Layer it once more and garnish it with chopped nuts.
-Refrigerate for 2 hours till well set.
