I recently visited Rachna's Kitchen and was impressed by their wide range of Paleo diet options. The Onion Tomato Tadka Khichdi was especially good, with its flavorful blend of spices. As someone who follows the Paleo diet, I loved how they offered a variety of dishes that catered to my dietary preferences.
