I recently visited Roots 9 Kitchen & Bar and tried their Burnt Garlic Soup. It was bursting with flavor and had a pleasant aroma. The garlic was cooked perfectly and the broth was delicious. All in all, I was impressed with their rendition of this classic continental soup. Highly recommended for all soup lovers!
