Bunny Chow Bites, inhouse mini buns were stuffed with leek & cherry tomato compote, topped with some melted cheese and served with creamy pesto dip. The buns were soft on bite, the compote was sweet & sour, and the Pesto cream completed the dish!
The Caeser Cornetto, they have come up with a unique way of serving caesar salad, which I liked the most. The salad was filled in crispy cone made using tortilla and was served with some chatpata jowar puffs. The caeser salad was outstandingly yummy, the crunch of tortilla elevated the dish as a whole.
Sheesh Tauk Tacos, grilled & well marinated chicken placed over a inhouse made pita bread, with a spread of beetroot puree which is fermented for about 21 days. Loved this combo!
#Burnt_Chilli_Garlic_Thecha_Pomfret, a whole pomfret was marinated in green chilly thecha and was grilled to perfection. The dips/sauces/puree and pickled vegetables used in plating complimented the spicy flavour of the pomfret. This simple marination and easiest cooking technique didn't hold back the dish from being the show stealer for the afternoon. With perfect marination and grilling, the dish from their Tapas menu was delectable to core. #MustMustHave
