I recently dined at Hotel Akshay Court and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious gluten-free options. One dish that stood out to me was the sweetcorn chicken soup. It was flavorful and packed with tender chicken pieces. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciated that the broth was free of any wheat or gluten.
