I recently visited Hotel Shiv Malhar and was delighted to find that they offered a variety of Paleo diet options. I highly recommend the Shev Bhaji with Dal Tadka and 6 Roti - the flavors were amazing and the dish was a perfect balance of healthy and tasty. I have been on the Paleo diet for a while and this meal was a welcome change from my usual options.
