I recently visited Purani Delhi Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options on their menu. I tried their Plain Paratha and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was very accommodating and made sure my meal was prepared separately from any non-vegan items. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, it was refreshing to see a restaurant truly caring about their vegan customers.
