I recently had the pleasure of trying out the delicious offerings at Patna Birthday Counter. As a lover of continental cuisine, I was excited to visit this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The rich chocolate pastry was a standout dish for me, with its decadent chocolate flavor and perfect texture.
