Located at the heart of the city, The Belgian Waffle Co. is a haven for all those with gluten-free preferences. I recently tried their 67% Sugar Free Belgian Chocolate Dark Mini Pancake and it was absolutely delicious. The crunchy yet fluffy pancake paired perfectly with the rich and decadent chocolate. As someone who often struggles to find tasty gluten-free options, I was pleasantly surprised by this dish. The cozy ambiance and friendly service only added to the overall great experience. I highly recommend this
