I recently tried the Lachha Paratha at Bikaner Sweets & Elite Restaurant and I must say, it's one of the best I've had in a long time! The perfect balance of spice and flavor made this dish stand out. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the paratha packed a punch without being overwhelming.
