I recently visited Surbhi Hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find delicious vegan options. The Kaju Katli was especially noteworthy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness. I recently visited Haldiram's Prabhuji and was pleased to find that they offer a variety of Keto-friendly options on their menu. I tried their Mathura Peda and it was delicious!
