Ingredients
Gram/besan 2 cups
Organic India Jaggery Powder 1 cup
Organic India Ghee 3 tablespoons
Cardamom to taste
Method
1. Roast the besan with 3 tablespoons of organic ghee on a non stick pan on medium flame.
2. Add the jaggery powder and powdered cardamom and keep stirring.
3. Turn off the heat and transfer it to a plate let the heat come down for 5 mins.
4.While the mixture is warm take a little ghee in your palm and shape into small laddus. Enjoy you healthy Organic treat!

Indulge in the vibrant flavours of Meethe Chawal made with Organic India’s pure Jaggery. It’s sure to be the perfect centre-piece for your festive gatherings.
Ingredients:
1 cup red rice
Water (for cooking rice)
Coconut oil
Fresh coconut slices
Chopped almonds and cashews
1 cup jaggery powder
¾ cup water
Cardamom powder
Nutmeg powder
Cinnamon powder
Instructions:
Soak the red rice.
Cook the soaked rice in a pressure cooker with water for 5 whistles, or until done.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and roast coconut slices, almonds, and cashews until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, dissolve jaggery powder in ¾ cup water and cook until it forms a syrup (not too thick).
Mix the cooked rice into the jaggery syrup, ensuring it’s well coated.
Sprinkle in cardamom, nutmeg, and cinnamon powder; mix well.
Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes to meld the flavours.
Serve warm, garnished with the roasted nuts!

Ingredients:
1 cup soaked quinoa
1 tbsp ghee
2.5 cups milk, divided (½ cup + 2 cups)
½ tsp cardamom powder
Stevia to taste
10-12 saffron strands
Instructions:
Soak quinoa in a bowl and drain excess water after soaking.
In a pan, roast soaked quinoa with ghee for 1-2 minutes.
Add ½ cup milk and ½ cup water; simmer until quinoa is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
Soak saffron in a small bowl with warm milk.
Pour in 2 cups of milk to the cooked quinoa and add cardamom powder.
Sweeten with Stevia.
Simmer the kheer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
Stir in saffron milk; serve warm or chilled.
