I recently tried Kolkata Saahi Biryani and I must say, their Egg Chowmein was amazing. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavours and spice level in the dish. It was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of heat. The restaurant overall has a great variety of dishes, but their Egg Chowmein stood out to me the most. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves a little kick in their food.
