I recently tried the Asli Madrasi Dosa and I must say, the masala dosa was excellent. The crispy exterior and the flavorful filling of potatoes and spices really hit the spot. I loved the generous serving of chutney and sambar that came with it. The dosa was a bit on the spicier side, but it was balanced well with the cooling chutney.
