I recently visited Bebe De Parathe and was excited to see they offer vegan options. I ordered the Puri Sabji with Halwa and it was delicious! The puris were perfectly crispy and the sabji had a great balance of flavors. The halwa was a perfect ending to the meal. As a vegan, I appreciate restaurants that cater to my dietary preferences.
