I recently visited Bansal Amritsar Food Street and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. Their Aloo Bhujia was particularly delicious, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate the effort put into catering to different dietary needs.
