I recently visited Tenzin Tibet Kitchen and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The pan fried veg thenthuk was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The dry texture of the dish was spot on and added a nice crunch to each bite. As someone who loves ordering Japanese cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and flavorful twist on this Tibetan dish.
