I recently tried the Veg Kurma from Open Kitchen And Bakes and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The flavors were well-balanced and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The portion size was generous and I loved the packaging - it kept the food hot and fresh. For all my fellow lunch-lovers out there, this is definitely a must-try dish.
