I recently visited Mountain Springs Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to find a range of delicious vegan options on their menu. While my dining companions opted for the chicken noodles with crispy honey chicken, I ventured for the vegan tofu stir-fry and was blown away by the flavors and freshness of the dish. Not only was the food fantastic, but the staff were knowledgeable and accommodating to my dietary needs.
