I recently ordered from Tata...The Indian Food Company for our office lunch and was pleasantly impressed by their Malai Sabz Kabab. The skewered vegetables were perfectly cooked and the flavors were on point. However, I did notice that their focus seemed to be more on delivery speed and packaging rather than maintaining the traditional taste of Indian cuisine.
