I have ordered waffle with ice cream .but i didn't received ice cream along with the order. Please check into the matter and get me my refund of the food as soon as possible.

The packaging of pancakes was not good at all. The chocolate syrup was spilled all over the package and there were only 7 pancakes out of 8 and the waffle was soggy and no taste at all. Tried to contact the store but there is no response
