I recently had the pleasure of trying Modern Bakery's eggless chocolate cake and it was absolutely delicious! The texture was moist and the flavor was rich and indulgent. It's amazing that they were able to achieve such a delicious cake without using eggs. I highly recommend this bakery for breakfast options as well, their pastries and baked goods are top-notch.
