I am extremely disappointed. 1. I mentioned you to give me Cutlery, but you're so inconsiderate that you haven't even sent Sugar Packet!!!!! Seriously!!!! 2. Quantity: Last time when I ordered from you, your Coffee size was big, this time the size has changed (small). Even the Cups are also different. 3. Taste: Last time it was very tasty, appreciation for whoever made. This time, it's pathetic. It tastes like Coffee was kept for some hours and now reheated. It has lost it's warmth.
