All the trainers are very good. There are few employees in front desk who are not that much of supportive in terms of services.. Some of the time wifi crashes.but let me tell you one thing that group classes are awesome we can burn maximum calories in these classes....wide range of functional tools Available here
I enjoy the classes especially body combat and circuit training. The fitness first family is very helpful and cooperative. The group classes motivate you push further and helps you getting posture and techniques right, definitely an experience to be had
