I recently tried the Prawns Thai Red Curry With Steamed Rice from Laidback Cafe and it was absolutely delicious! The prawns were cooked perfectly and the Thai red curry had just the right amount of spice. The steamed rice was fluffy and light, making it the perfect accompaniment to the curry. I also couldn't resist ordering some of their desserts, which did not disappoint. The presentation of the dishes was top-notch and I can't wait to explore more of their menu
