I recently ordered the Cappuccino + Pasta Combo from Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters for lunch and I must say, I was impressed! The cappuccino was perfectly frothy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The combination was surprisingly good and I couldn't help but share my experience on social media. The packaging was also top-notch, keeping my meal fresh and hot. Overall, I highly recommend this lunch option from Blue Tokai and can't wait to try more of their

Another cafe hunt and another tick in the list.
This is the only legit cafe in this complex and despite its low rating on one of the popular apps, I decided to visit this cafe and rate it myself.
This place has got a nice and relaxed vibe to it and a laid back atmosphere with nice use of the colors for it’s decor which mkes it pleasing to the eye.
This cafe offers some of the best and stronger coffees you can in town.
Both #cappucino and #cafemocha were strong and worth every penny I paid.
They offer #frenchfries but with a twist. Had #GarlicFrenchFries whcih were different and delicious
Even the #flatbreads sandwich were awesome, although the quantity was less.
Overall an amazing place with amazing delicacies and awesome coffees.

After discovering @bluetokaicoffee x @fratelliwines Barrel Aged Coffee at Mumbai Coffee Festival, I couldn’t resist picking up the limited-edition three-pack for myself.

Brewed as a pour-over, the wine-like notes truly shine in the cup. The standout for me was J’Noon White, with its sparkling wine character, juicy stone fruits, and a hint of raspberry—an exquisite flavour profile. ✨

Here’s the recipe I used to bring out its best:

Coffee: 18g

Grind size: Medium (like sand)

Water: 300ml at 92°C (three pour 50 - 125 - 125)

Brew time: 3:00 minutes (bloom for 45 seconds with 50ml, then pour in steady circles)

The result? A vibrant and aromatic brew that captures the essence of wine barrel aging.

An ode to collective craftsmanship, this blend features coffee grown and picked by communities of smallholder farmers in Araku Valley and Sirangalli village, Kodagu, and the dedicated team at Salawara Estate, Chikmagalur.
