I recently tried the Smoked Chicken Penne in Cream Sauce at The One in Le Meridien and I must say, it was a good choice for a budget-friendly meal. The portion size was generous and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The cream sauce was rich and flavorful, making the dish very satisfying. My recent visit to Shang Palace at Shangri-La's Eros Hotel was an absolute delight for my taste buds. The Prawns Har Gao Dumplings were simply amazing and stood out among all the other dishes we ordered. The prawns were perfectly cooked and the dumpling skin was delicate yet held together beautifully. The overall presentation of the dish was also impressive. I highly recommend trying out this dish at Shang Palace, it will definitely be worth it.
