I recently tried the Matar Kulcha at Gulab, and I must say, it was really good! The spiciness was just perfect for my taste buds - not too mild, not too overpowering. I love how Gulab offers such flavorful dishes that cater to the preference of spicy food lovers like me. The combination of the peas and the soft, fluffy kulchas was spot on.
