I recently visited Rajasthani Brijwasi Misthan and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options on their menu. I ordered their renowned Dry Fruit Ghee Gajar Ka Halwa and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was also very accommodating and ensured that my meal was completely plant-based.
