I recently tried out Chai Mathi and I must say, their Aloo Pyaz Toast was absolutely delicious! The combination of potatoes and onions was perfect and the toast itself was crispy and fresh. But what really took it to the next level was the spiciness. As someone who loves spicy food, I couldn't get enough of the heat in this dish. It definitely exceeded my expectations.
