You can enjoy modak ka prasad bilkul guilt-free. Yes, it is possible with @diabesmartindia
1. In 1 spoon ghee roast 2 tbsp of DiabeSmart ka sugar care atta and then add mawa. Roast if for 1-2 mins.
2. Then add 1 tbsp DiabeSmart ka Diabetic sweetener followed by 2 spoon chopped walnuts.
3. Then add add melted 4-5 pieces of DiabeSmart ki zero sugar chocolate. Roast the mixture for 2-3 min.
3. Cool down the mixture and then give shape to modaks.
4. Diabetic-Friendly Chocolate Walnut Modak are ready for the bhog!

Here are the delicious yet diabetic-friendly recipes you must try!
Sugar-Free Kheer:
Add 1 cup of boiled DiabeSmart Low GI rice in 4 cups of milk with a pinch of saffron. Cook until tender and creamy. To it, add 1/4* cup of DiabeSmart Diabetic Sweetener and cook for a few more minutes. Garnish with chopped cashews & almonds.
Diabetic-Friendly Modak:
Prepare the filling by cooking 1 cup grated coconut and 1/2 cup jaggery in a pan until they blend together, then mix in cardamom powder. Make a dough with 1 cup Sugar Care Atta, 1/2 cup warm water, and a pinch of salt, kneading until smooth. Shape the dough into small cups, fill with the coconut mixture, and steam for about 10 minutes until firm.
Zero-Sugar Laddoo:
Roast 1 cup of besan (gram flour) in 2 tablespoons of ghee until golden and aromatic. To it, mix 1/4 cup of DiabeSmart Diabetic Sweetener* and 1/4th cup chopped nuts. stir until well combined. Shape into small laddoos while still warm. Let cool completely before serving.
