I recently tried the Special Kolkata Kathi Roll and was delighted to find that they had a delicious Soya Chaap Roll on the menu! Being a vegan, finding good options at a restaurant can be a challenge, but this restaurant had me covered. The Soya Chaap Roll had the perfect balance of flavors and textures, and it was clear that the restaurant takes great care in creating tasty vegan options.
