I am extremely disappointed with the cake I received from Gulati Bakers. I ordered a Strawberry Bento Cake for Birthday, expecting a fresh and well-made product. However, what I received was far from acceptable. Here are the issues I faced: 1. Poor Taste and Quality – The cake was stale and lacked freshness. It did not taste as expected. 2. Appearance and Presentation – The cake was not decorated properly as per photo and looked messy.
