The pancakes were very dry and the sauce tasted like water. The ice cream for the waffle looked yellow

I recently visited The Waffle Co. and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Paleo diet options. Being someone who follows this diet, I was excited to try their Red Velvet Waffle Cake. And I must say, it did not disappoint. The waffle was perfectly cooked and had a rich chocolate flavor, without being too sweet. The fact that it was Paleo-friendly was an added bonus.
