I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maalgaadi By Dhaba Estd 1986 in Delhi and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The Dal Tadka and Rice dish was simply exceptional. The flavors were on point and the quality of the ingredients was evident. The overall ambiance and service were top-notch and added to the whole experience. I recently tried Peppy Parathas & Rolls By Chai Point and I must say, as someone who loves spicy food, it did not disappoint! The combination of their flavorful parathas and the fiery ginger chai from their mini flask was the perfect match. I was happily surprised by the spice level in their dishes - it definitely lived up to its name. I recently ordered from Ravayat for a late-night study session and was pleasantly surprised with the Paneer Malai Tikka. The dish was cooked to perfection and the flavors were rich and creamy.
