I recently tried the Suji Dhokla at Bikaner Namkeen & Chaat Bhandar and I have to say, it was a delicious and healthy option! The dhokla was light and fluffy, and had the perfect balance of spices. I appreciate that the restaurant offers such a healthy snack option. The portion size was just right, not too big or small. I recently visited Chowpatty Street Food and tried their Vada Pav Ka Double Dhamaka and it was absolutely delicious! The vada pav was served hot and crispy, with a delicious chutney that added the perfect balance of flavors. I recently ordered from Mamamia Kitchen and I must say, their Creamy Malai Chaap was absolutely delicious! The spices were well-balanced and the dish had the perfect amount of creaminess.
