I recently tried the Amritsari Kulcha with Dal Makhani and Raita at Nathu's Sweets and I have to say, it was a gastronomic delight! The kulcha was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the dal makhani was rich and creamy. The raita added a refreshing touch to the meal.
