I recently tried the Honey Chilli Potato dish at Chefsville and it did not disappoint! As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleased with the perfect level of heat in the dish. The balance of sweetness from honey and spice was spot on. The potatoes were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I recently tried the Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Focaccia from Edesia and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of the creamy cottage cheese and the Mediterranean flavors was a real treat for my taste buds.
