I recently had the pleasure of trying the gluten-free options at Lord of Biryani. I was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Egg Curry Masala, which was both flavorful and gluten-free. I recently discovered Jain Chawal Wala and I have to say, their Soya Chaap Biryani is excellent. The combination of flavours and textures in this dish is truly amazing. The rice was cooked to perfection and the soy chaap pieces were so tender and flavourful. As someone who loves Japanese cuisine, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the preparation of the dish. I highly recommend trying it out and I will definitely be ordering it again.
