I recently had the pleasure of trying out Veg Thukpa Dumpling Soup at Bruce Li's restaurant and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The soup was perfectly balanced with rich flavors and the dumplings were cooked to perfection. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was great and the service was top-notch.
