I recently tried DG 1, a restaurant that offers a fusion of Desi and Chinese food. While I was initially skeptical about the combination, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. The Desi Chaye was made to perfection and paired perfectly with the Paneer Pyaaz Paratha. However, the standout dish for me was the sushi, which was fresh and bursting with flavor.
