I recently tried High On Pasta and was blown away by their Red Sauce Cheese Macroni. Being someone who loves spicy food, this dish hit all the right notes for me. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the red sauce added a nice tangy kick to it. And let's not forget the generous amount of melted cheese on top, which took it to a whole new level of deliciousness.
